This Agreement may be modified at any time by Sovereign Hope Church upon posting of the modified Agreement. Any such modifications shall be effective immediately. You can view the most recent version of these terms at any time at https://sovereignhope.church/legal. Each use by you shall constitute and be deemed your unconditional acceptance of this Agreement.
  2. Privacy. Your visit to Our Sites is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy below.
  3. Ownership. All content included on Our Sites is and shall continue to be the property of Sovereign Hope Church or its content suppliers and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and other proprietary rights. Any copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any such content or any part of Our Sites is prohibited, except as expressly permitted in this Agreement. Under no circumstances will you acquire any ownership rights or other interest in any content by or through your use of any of Our Sites.
  4. Intended Audience. Our Sites are intended for adults only. Our Sites are not intended for any children under the age of 13.
  5. Trademarks. “Missoula Good” and others are service marks, trademarks or registered trademarks of Sovereign Hope Church. Other names mentioned on Our Sites may be trademarks of their respective owners.
  6. Site Use. Sovereign Hope Church grants you a limited, revocable, nonexclusive license to use Our Sites solely for your own personal use and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works, or other use. You agree not to copy materials on Our Sites, reverse engineer or break into any of Our sites, or use materials, products or services in violation of any law. The use of Our Sites is at the discretion of Sovereign Hope Church and Sovereign Hope Church may terminate your use of any or all of Our Sites at any time.
  7. Compliance with Laws. You agree to comply with all applicable laws regarding your use of Our Sites. You further agreed that information provided by you is truthful and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sovereign Hope Church and our partners, employees, and affiliates, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of Our Sites.
  9. Disclaimer. THE INFORMATION ON OUR SITES IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT USE OF OUR SITES IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. SOVEREIGN HOPE CHURCH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES, STATUTORY WARRANTIES, AND ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT YOUR JURISDICTION DOES NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON WARRANTIES, THIS LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY RELATING TO YOUR USE OF OUR SITES SHALL BE TO DISCONTINUE USING OUR SITES.
  10. Limitation of Liability. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SOVEREIGN HOPE CHURCH BE LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL (INCLUDING DAMAGES FROM LOSS OF BUSINESS, LOST PROFITS, LITIGATION, OR THE LIKE), SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR OTHER DAMAGES, UNDER ANY LEGAL THEORY, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO OUR SITES, YOUR SITE USE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH ANY OF OUR SITES AND/OR CONTENT IS TO CEASE ALL OF YOUR USE OF OUR SITES.

You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, the exclusions or limitations in this Agreement that directly conflict with such laws may not apply to you.

  1. Use of Information. Sovereign Hope Church reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy (see below).
  2. Applicable Law. You agree that the laws of the state of Montana, without regard to conflicts of laws provisions will govern this Agreement and any dispute that may arise between you and Sovereign Hope Church or its affiliates.
  3. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
  4. Waiver. The failure of Sovereign Hope Church to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of this Agreement by Sovereign Hope must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Sovereign Hope.
  5. Termination. Sovereign Hope may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.
  6. Relationship of the Parties. Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of any of Our Sites shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venturer, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such. Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.
  7. Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Sovereign Hope Church and governs the terms and conditions of your use of any of Our Sites, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral or written, between you and Sovereign Hope Church with respect to Our Sites. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions, posted policies (including but not limited to the Privacy Policy below), guidelines, or rules that may apply when you use Our Sites. Sovereign Hope Church may revise this Terms of Use at any time by updating this Agreement and posting it on Our Sites. Accordingly, you should visit Our Sites and review the Terms of Use periodically to determine if any changes have been made. Your continued use of this website after any changes have been made to the Terms of Use signifies and confirms your acceptance of any such changes or amendments to the Terms of Use.

Online Privacy Notice

Introduction.

  1. Web Site Owner. SOVEREIGN HOPE CHURCH ("Sovereign Hope") is the owner of; sovereignhope.church, grizzlychristianfellowship.com, missoulagood.com, achurchbuilding.com, sovereignhopemusic.com, thecityforum.org (individually and collectively the "Sovereign Hope Web Sites"). This online privacy notice discloses Sovereign Hope information practices for Sovereign Hope Web Sites, including what type of personal identifiable information is requested in order to; use certain services provided by Sovereign Hope Web Sites, make a donation, or make a purchase, and how the information is used, and with whom the information is shared.
  2. Web Site Visits. Sovereign Hope collects certain information from visitors of Sovereign Hope Web Sites. This includes, but is not limited to, type of computer and web browser, what pages visitor accessed, and limited information about search requests. This information is used to solve technical problems and to calculate overall usage statistics.
  3. Web Site Transactions. At times, Sovereign Hope will need personal information. For example, to process an order or provide a subscription, Sovereign Hope may need to know a user's name, mailing address, e-mail address and credit card details. In order to access designated subscriber services and/or restricted areas within Sovereign Hope Web Sites, Sovereign Hope will request a user to provide certain personal identifying information, which may include: name, postal address, e-mail address, screen name, password, telephone number, method of payment, and, if applicable, credit card number. Sovereign Hope may request additional information necessary to establish and maintain user's account.

Service Providers.

  1. Personal Data. From time to time Sovereign Hope may employ the use of individuals or companies to facilitate certain services (“Service Provider”) to either provider a service on our behalf or aid us in the facilitation of a service. Service Providers may have access to certain personal information or Sovereign Hope Web Sites may refer a user to a Service Provider. Service Providers have access to your information only to provide these services.     • Planning Center. Planning Center is our church management software, which is a suite of administrative apps to help store individual and household profiles, groups, event registration, giving, and check-in data.

Uses Made of the Information.

  1. Limited Uses Identified. Personal information collected by Sovereign Hope will be used by Sovereign Hope for the following purposes: to respond to general inquiries, prayer requests, registration for volunteering, community groups or other groups, applications for biblical counseling and scholarships for financial planning courses; to conduct event registration; to process donations to Sovereign Hope and its related programs; and to schedule volunteers for various events.
  2. Marketing Uses. The information you provide to Sovereign Hope Web Sites may also be collected, used, analyzed and/or processed by Sovereign Hope, or selected third parties on Sovereign Hope's behalf, for marketing and other business purposes.

Disclosure of the Information.

  1. Marketing Analysis by Third Parties. Sovereign Hope reserves the right to disclose to third parties personal information about users for marketing analysis; however, any information disclosed will be in the form of aggregate data that does not describe or identify an individual user.
  2. Disclosure to Governmental Authorities. Sovereign Hope releases personal identifying information when Sovereign Hope believes release is appropriate to comply with law, to enforce Sovereign Hope agreements, or to protect the rights, property or safety of users of Sovereign Hope Web Sites. Sovereign Hope may also release such information in an exchange of information with other companies and/or organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

Use of Computer Tracking Technologies.

  1. No Tracking of Personal Information. Sovereign Hope Web Sites are not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information not entered by visitors. Our site logs may generate certain kinds of non-identifying site usage data, such as the number of hits and visits to our sites. This information is used for internal purposes by technical support staff to provide better services to the public and may also be provided to others, but, again, the statistics contain no personal information and cannot be used to gather such information.

The cookie is then stored on user's computer as an anonymous tag that identifies the user's computer, but not the user. Cookies may be sent by Sovereign Hope or its third-party vendors.   3. Collection of Non-Identifiable Information. Sovereign Hope may collect non-identifiable information from user visits to Sovereign Hope Web Sites in order to provide better user experience. Examples of such collecting include: traffic analysis, such as tracking of the domains from which users visit, or tracking numbers of visitors; measuring visitor activity on Sovereign Hope Web Sites; web site and system administration; user analysis; and business decision making. Information Security.

  1. Commitment to Online Security. Sovereign Hope intends to protect user personal information and to maintain its quality.
  2. No Liability for Acts of Third Parties. Sovereign Hope will exercise all reasonable efforts to safeguard the confidentiality of user personal information. However, transmissions protected by industry standard security technology and implemented by human beings cannot be made absolutely secure. Consequently, Sovereign Hope shall not be liable for unauthorized disclosure of personal information due to no fault of Sovereign Hope including, but not limited to, errors in transmission and unauthorized acts of Sovereign Hope staff and third parties.

Privacy Policy Changes and Opt-Out Rights.

  1. Changes to Privacy Policy. This privacy notice was last updated on July 20, 2019. Sovereign Hope reserves the right to change its privacy policy statement at any time. Any change to this Privacy Policy we will be located here.
  2. Opt-Out Right. You have the right at any time to cease permitting personal information to be collected, used or disclosed by Sovereign Hope and/or by any third parties with whom Sovereign Hope has shared and/or transferred such personal information. Right of cancellation may be exercised by contacting Sovereign Hope via any form listed at sovereignhope.church/contact. After processing the cancellation, Sovereign Hope will delete your personal information from its data base.

Access Rights to Data.

  1. Information Maintained by Sovereign Hope. Upon user's request, Sovereign Hope will provide a reasonable description and/or a copy of user's personally identifiable information that Sovereign Hope maintains in its data bank. Sovereign Hope can be contacted via any form listed at sovereignhope.church/contact.
  2. Corrections and Changes to Personal Information. Help Sovereign Hope to keep user personal information accurate.
