Community Groups are seasonal gatherings that help people step into the life of the church. They meet in homes around the city, sharing food, prayer, and conversation that points to Christ. Groups are a place to build meaningful relationships, practice hospitality, and grow together in gospel community. Community Groups give us a seasonal place to practice uniquely Christian hospitality, engage in gospel conversations, and build relationships that draw us closer to Christ, the ministries of the church, and to one another.
Watch the sermon below to learn more about the vision for Community Groups.
Community Groups are different from a class or a book club. They are a space for encouragement, prayer, and conversation where the gospel is applied to real life. The goal is not to finish material, but to share life together as followers of Christ.
Our groups meet in short seasons that fit into the rhythms of church life. They provide a chance to build relationships, practice hospitality, and support one another in faith. Each group helps connect people more deeply into the wider ministries and friendships of the church.
Community Groups are for the whole church family. Children and students are invited into the life of the group through age-appropriate ways of praying, sharing, and participating. Each group looks different, but all aim to include every generation in Christian community.
